Founded in 2023 by a group of facilitators and educators frustrated with generic video tools, BaobabSpaces was born out of a simple observation: most software treats meetings as passive broadcasts, rather than active, structured experiences.
We realized that the best collaboration happens when cognitive load is low and psychological safety is high. We set out to build a platform that handles the administrative burden of collaboration so leaders can focus purely on guiding the human connection.
